Before submitting your ticket, please follow these steps:

  1. Please attempt to enroll the device yourself. Connect your device to HU_GAMING then click here: Enroll a Media Device
  2. Visit this page and follow the directions posted there:
  3. If you're still unable to connect your game console, please follow these steps to find your MAC address and include it in the detailed description for this ticket:

Before submitting your ticket, if you need to reset your NetID password, please follow these directions:

  1. Go to and log in with your UserID and PIN.
    1. If you do not have this information, please visit the Registrar's Office.
  2. Click on ‘Personal Information,’ then on ‘My NetID Information.’
  3. On the right, under ‘Activate your NetID or Change Your NetID Password,’ specify a new password.  The password must between 8 and 16 characters and must not contain spaces, dollar signs ($), quote marks (') or slashes (/ or \).
  4. Click ‘Change Password.’  
  5. Wait about 5 minutes.
