In general, I use Spectrum U
Heidelberg University is piloting Spectrum U during the summer of 2018 and the fall semester of 2018. During this period, faculty, staff and students may download the Spectrum U App (from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store) and stream Spectrum's television lineup over the campus wireless network on their mobile devices. Since this is a pilot, CNIT is asking for feedback and comments on Spectrum U. Please be thorough.
