Wanted: Student Ambassadors

The Office of Admission is hiring student ambassadors (tour guides) for the fall semester. If the description below interests you, please print and return the attached application and return it to Sara Gilbert in the Admission Office (University Hall) before Friday, April 20.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Student ambassadors are the face of the school for prospective students visiting Heidelberg. An ambassador’s main responsibility will be to give campus tours to students who are looking at attending Heidelberg. This means having an understanding of many of the campus buildings, academic offerings and campus life in general. Other duties involve working for Admission recruitment event days on campus.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Be at least a second-semester freshman at Heidelberg
• Be an energetic person who enjoys meeting new people
• Be able to share personal experiences with prospective students
• Be able to make prospective students feel comfortable while giving tours
• Be professional during work hours
