Celebration of life service for Kent Cartwright Saturday

A celebration of life service for Kent W. Cartwright, retired associate director of information technology and a Heidelberg alumnus, will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 9, at Grace Community Church, 900 Smith Road.

As many of you know, Kent passed away on July 19 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Lynne, also a 'Berg alum and an adjunct instructor in the School of Education, two sons, Nicholas and Brent and Brent's new wife, Heidi. 

In his honor, donations may be made to Grace Community Church; Main Street Church, 320 N. Main St., Chelsea, Mich. 48118; Black Swamp Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, 2100 Broad Ave., Findlay, Ohio  45840; or the Humane Society of Seneca County, 2811 S. SR 100, Tiffin.

End-of-year inventory has been completed early.
