Turning business dream into reality

When he came to Heidelberg, Austin Lepole's goal was to own his own business when he graduated in May. It's happened less than three months later. After spending many summers working at a marina in Port Clinton and gaining experience, he has opened Aust the Boss Performance, a jet ski repair business. It's one of the only businesses in the area that specializes in jet ski repair and he's already growing his customer base. If all continues to go well, Aust the Boss is just the start to a highly successful career that all started in the School of Business at Heidelberg.
