Model UN leaders turn over gavel to next generation

For the third year, Heidelberg served as the host school for the Model United Nations of the Far West Conference in San Francisco. Seniors Bethany Beaver and Colin Higgins fulfilled the key roles of Secretary General and Under-Secretary General masterfully, and turned over their gavel to up-and-coming leadership Hannah Pettiti and Robert Atha as Heidelberg was selected to host again in 2019. The outgoing leaders made their advisor, Dr. Marc O'Reilly, proud and represented Heidelberg admirably during their last run at the conference.
