A Q&A with Parkhurst GM Jeff Smock

Throughout his career, Jeff Smock has done just about everything there is to do in the food service industry -- except colleges and universities. He now can add that to his resumé. As of June 1, Jeff became the general manager for Parkhurst Dining. Throughout the summer, he's overseen the transition process and has been closely involved in renovations to Hoernemann Refectory and those soon to take place at Fireside Café Pub and Rock Creek Express.
