Upcoming budget workshops for faculty, staff

For those of you who have responsibility for developing your department's budget, Joel Wilkins and/or Hoa Nguyen will be conducting training workshops this week and next week to assist you through the process.

Here are the dates, times and locations for the remaining training workshops:

• Tuesday, March 26 -- 11:00 a.m.  Bareis 228 & 4:00 p.m. Bareis 228
• Wednesday, March 27 -- 9:00 a.m.  Bareis 228 & 3:00 p.m. Bareis 228
• Thursday, March 28 -- 11:00 a.m. Bareis 227
• Monday, April 1 -- 1:00 p.m. Bareis 227 & 2:00 p.m. Bareis227
• Wednesday, April 3 -- 10:00 a.m. Bareis 227 & 11:00 a.m. Bareis 227

Seating is limited to 20 per session. Email Karen Pruitt at kpruitt@heidelberg.edu to reserve your place. If you are unable to attend a training workshop or you would feel more comfortable speaking with someone one-on-one, please do not hesitate to contact either of us.

As a reminder, budget submissions are due to supervisors by Friday, April 26.
