Thanksgiving Break Airport Shuttle Deadline Nov. 12

Heidelberg University offers a shuttle to the Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo and Detroit airports. There is a $25 one-way fee for the shuttle, which is payable when making the shuttle reservation. When booking your flight, please plan to arrive at the airport two hours prior to your flight (for check-in and security check), and remember to allow two hours travel time to the Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo, and Detroit airports.
The deadline to sign up for the Thanksgiving Break airport shuttle is Nov. 12 by 4 p.m. To reserve a seat, students should register using this Google Form on this page.
Students who cannot schedule their air transportation to match the shuttle times will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the airport.
Shuttles leave campus on Friday, November 19, at 3 p.m. from Krammes Service Center to travel to Cleveland (CLE), Columbus (CMH), Detroit (DTW) and Toledo (TOL) airports. Shuttles depart from the airports at 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 28 to return to campus.
