Ordering HU business cards, name badges

If you are new to Heidelberg or have a change in name, title or contact info, you can order business cards and/or a university name badge through the Office of Branding, Marketing & Communications. If your supply of business cards is getting low or you have lost your badge, now is the time to place your order for this semester.

The deadline to submit your order for the spring semester is Friday, Jan. 23, 2026.

The cost of cards (typically less than $10 for 100) and badges ($7 for a new badge) is charged back to individual departments.

Place your order by completing this Work Request Form. If you are ordering business cards, the form allows a space for you to designate the quantity you want to order. Options are 100, 250, 500 or 1,000. Please also include the charge-back account number for your department.

Marketing will provide one proof of your business card to ensure accuracy. At that time, you can make any necessary corrections and/or indicate your approval to print.

If you have questions about what should or should not be included on your business cards, feel free to contact David Stosio at dstosio@heidelberg.edu or x2319.

Name badges for Heidelberg employees are printed in-house. They are reusable, meaning changes in name or title can be made internally without replacing your badge. Use the same Work Request Form to place an order for a new badge or change your current badge.
