Alumni Weekend volunteer opportunities

Alumni Weekend 2026, Clue at the Berg: Sweet Alma Home Edition, is coming soon, and everyone is invited! Please consider joining us and/or volunteering to be part of our team from Friday, June 19, to Sunday, June 21, 2026.

As we prepare for the arrival of our alumni and friends, we are seeking volunteers to assist us throughout the weekend. Here are just a couple of ways that you can get involved:

• Escort guests by golf cart
• Help with class banners following the Parade of Classes on Saturday morning
• Attend various events to greet and welcome our alumni and friends

If you have any questions, would like to register for one of our fun activities, or sign up to help, please email Ashley Helmstetter or call extension 2231. If you do wish to volunteer, please let Ashley know your availability for the day(s) you want to help and if you have a preference for your assignment.
