Teaching English in Nicaragua

For the sixth consecutive year, Spanish professor Dr. Cindy Lepeley took a group of students on an alternative break trip to Nicaragua. Working with the Outreach360 organization, the group was there to help teach English to local children. Participating in the trip were Taelir Beery, Amanda Blanton, Austin Buckhalter, Penelope Christian, Alexis McClimans, Michael Ringler, Lindsey Robinson, Jennifer Thayer and student trip leader Alyssa Eckley. Alum Andy Helms, '11, also accompanied the group.
