Winter Break Airport Shuttle Reservation Deadline Dec. 9

Heidelberg University offers a shuttle to the Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo and Detroit airports. There is a $25 one-way fee for the shuttle, which is payable when making the shuttle reservation. When booking your flight, please plan to arrive at the airport two hours prior to your flight (for check-in and security check), and remember to allow two hours travel time to the Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo, and Detroit airports.

The deadline to sign up for the Winter Semester Break airport shuttle is Dec 9 by 4 p.m. To reserve a seat, students should register using this Google Form. 

Students who cannot schedule their air transportation to match the shuttle times will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the airport.

Shuttles leave campus on Thursday, December 16, at 3 p.m. from Krammes Service Center to travel to Cleveland (CLE), Columbus (CMH), Detroit (DTW) and Toledo (TOL) airports. Shuttles depart from the airports at 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 9 to return to campus.
