Families Day 2026
Every fall, Heidelberg University welcomes the families of our current students! On this celebratory day, you'll participate in a variety of fun activities, so we hope you make plans to attend this exciting day on campus! Registration closes Friday, September 18th at 11:00pm.
*You do not need to register your Berg student*
Basic Registration Fees
$35 per person
$20 for children 12 and under
Children 2 and under – free!

Berg Porch Fest
9:00 am - 11:45 am | “Porches” Around Campus
A lively, walkable music festival featuring live performances at various outdoor locations. Inspired by the growing popularity of porch music festivals nationwide, Berg Porch Fest will showcase local talent across multiple "porch" stages, encouraging guests to stroll from set to set and enjoy a wide range of musical styles in a relaxed, outdoor setting.

Lunch is tailgate-style, with Parkhurst manning the grill! Enjoy the atmosphere, a great meal and great conversation with members of the Heidelberg community. ‘Berg gear is encouraged!

Dinner is college-style, with tickets for Hoernemann Refectory! You’ll get to have the same experience your student does in our award-winning dining hall.
