March Registration Madness

It’s March Madness time at Heidelberg. But this March Madness has nothing to do with college basketball. It’s all about registration for Fall 2021!

The team at the Owen Center for Teaching & Learning has devised a fun system with checkpoints to help students successfully complete the registration process. Successfully complete all the steps and you could be declared the National Champion!

All the available entry forms are online at inside.heidelberg.edu/madness.

March Registration Madness is divided into the following four categories:

  • Sweet Sixteen – “Who is my Academic Advisor”
    • Complete the Google form to enter
    • On the dropdown, select your advisor
    • You’ll be entered into a drawing for one of eight $10 gift cards

  • Elite Eight – Meet with your Academic Advisor or Attend an Advising Session
    • Have an email, in-person or virtual one-on-one or group advising session
    • Complete the Google form with your name, ID#, who you met with and registration PIN
    • You’ll be entered into a drawing for one of four $20 gift cards

  • Final Four – Do you have a hold? When is your Priority Window?
    • Have an email, in-person or virtual one-on-one or group advising session
    • Complete the Google form with your name, ID#, who you met with and registration PIN
    • You’ll be entered into a drawing for one of two $50 gift cards

  • National Championship – Register full time during Registration Week
    • Register full-time for Fall 2021 classes
    • You’ll be entered into a drawing for one $200 gift card

The Owen Center will cross-check all previously submitted entries and hold a drawing on April 9 to determine the national champion and grand prize winner.
