CNIT Service Desk

CNIT is excited to announce a new CNIT Service Desk that will help you communicate with our team more easily. 

In addition to improved communication, you will have access to a Service Portal. This will enable you to:

  • Request specific services via our Service Catalog
    • Request a computer upgrade, new employee setup, office move, etc.
  • Submit a Ticket
    • Break / fix request. “My mouse isn’t working properly” or “my desk phone is broken” etc.
  • Communicate directly with the technician working on your support request
    • Stay up to date on the progress of your request, get an alert as to when your request is fulfilled, etc. 
  • View your current and previous requests submitted via the portal
  • Find answers to common questions via the Knowledge Base

The new CNIT Service Desk is now live! Please take some time to log into the CNIT Service Desk using the "Sign in with Google" button (using your email address) and check out the User Portal.
