Sexual Assault Campus Climate Survey

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

Heidelberg needs your help to develop a better understanding of our campus climate and the extent to which perceptions align on key issues related to sexual violence. Please check your emails and take the 15-minute survey. Ungraduated and Graduate Students, you will have the option to enter into a drawing for a $50 gift card or a $25 gift card to MST. Faculty and Staff, you will have the option to enter a drawing to win a $25 Gift Card to MST

Your participation is voluntary and your responses are completely anonymous. We are grateful for your cooperation and willingness to provide information that will help us better understand Heidelberg’s climate. The offices of Title IX, Academic Assessment and Effectiveness, and Human Resources would like to invite you to participate in the HEDS Sexual Assault Campus Climate Survey opening the week of April 1, 2024.

What is the survey about?

We are administering this survey to students, faculty, staff, and administrators at Heidelberg to develop a better understanding of our campus climate and the extent to which perceptions align on key issues related to sexual violence. The survey usually takes less than 20 minutes to complete. Please check your emails for the link.

Your participation is voluntary and your responses are completely anonymous. We are grateful for your cooperation and willingness to provide information that will help us better understand Heidelberg’s climate. The survey is being administered by an independent organization, the Higher Education Data Sharing Consortium (HEDS).

Will there be any participation incentives?

Yes!

• Undergraduate and Graduate students, you will have the option to enter a drawing to win a $50 Visa Gift Card and a $25 Gift Card to MST. We will select four winners.

• Faculty and Staff, you will have the option to enter into a drawing to win a $25 Gift Card to MST. We will select 1 winner.
