Take a survey on generational behavior

Researchers are conducting a study on preferences in leadership style, communication channels and technology behavior among generations. You are being asked to complete a short survey based on your generational cohort. The main benefit for participating in this study is to provide information which has broad implications for the workforce as results of the study will be useful for training and development in organizations. You are asked to fill out a short questionnaire. This is expected to take less than 12 minutes (if you are part of the generation from which research is requested). The responses are confidential and Institutional Review Board permission has been granted. Please access the survey by clicking here.

If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Lisa Kahle-Piasecki, principal investigator at lkahlepi@heidelberg.edu or 419-448-2269.
