End of Spring 2020 Important Reminders
April 27, 2020
May 5 - Last day to drop a course and receive a grade of "W."
May 5 - Last day to declare a course Pass-Fail for Spring 2020.
May 8 - Last day to withdraw from Graduate courses with a grade of "W."
May 13, 10 a.m. - Final grades are due for graduating students. These students are designated on the Class Lists.
May 19, 10 a.m. - Final grades are due for all remaining students.
If a faculty member knows of any student to whom they will be giving a grade of Incomplete (I), please start the paperwork now by using this form as it will take longer to get all approvals through email. Approvals needed are the student, instructor, appropriate Dean, and Provost. Be sure to copy the Registrar's Office (registrar@heidelberg.edu) on all communications. Faculty cannot enter a grade of "I" when submitting grades. The Registrar's Office will enter the "I" grade once the paperwork is received with approval by the four individuals previously noted.
If a faculty member has an outstanding grade of Incomplete (I) from a previous semester and is ready to submit a grade, they need to email Cindy Hay in the Registrar's Office (chay@heidelberg.edu) with the student's name, course, and grade.
