Graduating students: Herff Jones info for ordering academic regalia

Graduating Students: We have just received word that Herff Jones, the vendor who provides academic regalia to the Heidelberg Bookstore, has provided its website by which you can order your cap and gown, should you want to. Here is the info you will need:

Visit https://collegegrad.herffjones.com/

Graduates have until Monday, May 25th to submit an order. You will receive your order 2-3 weeks after May 25.

Directions:

1.  Search School

2. Click on Heidelberg University (located above "Refine Search")

3. Select Degree Type

4. Select Cap & Gown (at top of webpage)

5. Select the items you want:

Gown package: comes with Cap, Gown, & Tassel with dated 2020 Charm

Hood: pick your degree.  The hood shown is a stock photo. You will receive an official Heidelberg hood with the correct colors.

Souvenir Tassel: for grads who only want a tassel or a tassel and hood. If you purchase the gown package it comes with a dated tassel.

Alternatively, we have identified a vendor, gradshop.com, that has told us that they would be able to ship academic regalia in 5-7 days (with RUSH shipping available). The cost for your cap, gown, hood, and tassel would be slightly more if you chose to order from gradshop.com.  You will need to act quickly and you will need to know information regarding the type of gown and the appropriate hood/color specific to your degree when placing your order.
