'Berg baseball to host NCAA Super Regional Friday-Saturday

We are excited about the tremendous success of our baseball team this spring -- one of just 16 teams remaining!

After completing a sweep of the Adrian Regional, Heidelberg was selected as the host site of the NCAA Division III Super Regional. Heidelberg plays Wooster in a best-of-three series on Friday and Saturday. The winner advances to next weekend's NCAA Division III Baseball Championships in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

We hope you will be able to make it to Peaceful Valley and support Coach Chad Fitzgerald and the team. We will have ticket gates at the parking lot at Peaceful Valley and along the Rock Creek Trail. It might be easier for you to park in the gravel lot on Main Street, across from Mayer Field, and walk down the beautiful pathway.

Game One is Friday at noon. Games two and three (if necessary) will be played Saturday, starting at 11 a.m. Tickets are $10/day for adults and $5/day for senior citizens, students with ID and military members (past or present with ID).

More information, including links to live stats and free HD video stream (viewable on computers, mobile devices and through the Boxcast Channel on ROKU, Apple TV and Fire TV), has been posted to
