Welcome Week Leaders needed!

The Office of Student Engagement is currently seeking students to apply to be Welcome Week Leaders!

Welcome Week Leaders (WWLs) are undergraduate students who help plan and execute Welcome Week events, connecting with our new students and helping them adjust to Heidelberg.

Welcome Week kicks off on Friday, August 16, with First Year Move-In and ends on Sunday, August 25, with Around the Town. Welcome Week Leaders are expected to help with all major Welcome Week events.

WWLs get an early Move-In on Thursday, August 15, at 2pm to help prepare for the first-year Move-In the following day.

All Heidelberg faculty and staff are invited to attend an upcoming QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention Training on Monday, May 18th at 11:00 AM in Herbster Chapel.
