ShowChoir Camps evening performances

As we approach July, we eagerly anticipate the return of ShowChoir Camps of America to Heidelberg and the transformation of Seiberling Gymnasium to a Broadway Theater. Maestro Phil Reno will appear with Broadway star Matthew Hydzik (The Cher Show) on Monday, July 8, 2019, at 7:00 pm.

Conductor and Tiffin native Phil Reno has served as Associate Conductor for the Broadway production of The Producers, and Musical Director for The Drowsy Chaperone, Elf, Thou Shalt Not, Promises, Promises, and Something Rotten! This year he will be offering his masterful piano accompaniments for vocalist Matthew Hydzik, whose Broadway credits also include Side Show, Grease, West Side Story, and It Shoulda Been You.

Phil and Matthew are appearing for the 500+ youth, teachers, and staff of ShowChoir Camps of America as they return to Heidelberg for their annual week-long camp. The ShowChoir campers will be seated on the floor, but the bleachers will have plenty of extra seating. Directors Susan Moninger and Dwight Jordan again have graciously invited the Heidelberg community to view the evening shows without charge.

You won't want to miss any of the events of the week listed below.
