RSVP needed for Welcome Back Picnic

Heidelberg faculty and staff and their families are invited to our third annual Welcome Back Picnic on Tuesday, August 17, from 3:30-6:30 p.m. We will gather on the lawn in front of the Campus Center. In case of inclement weather, we will move the picnic indoors to Wickham Great Hall. You are welcome to come and go as your schedule permits.
 
The picnic will be a great opportunity to give a warm Heidelberg welcome to our new staff and faculty members and recognize all of our colleagues who retired in 2020 and 2021.
 
Please bring your family and enjoy the picnic with your ’Berg friends and colleagues. If you plan to attend, please complete this short form by noon, Thursday, August 12, so we can accurately plan for food.
 
In keeping with our current COVID-19 Health and Well-Being Plan, masks are optional for this outdoor event. However, subject to new COVID-19 restrictions, masks will be required if the picnic moves indoors.
 
We missed this opportunity to gather last year and hence, we are excited to have our picnic again this year. We look forward to seeing everyone as we kick off another exciting academic year!
