Parkhurst announces Bistro enhancements

Parkhurst Dining is pleased to announce an exciting enhancement to our campus dining program.

Starting this fall, Berg Bistro will expand its operating hours to 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, offering greater convenience and more dining options throughout the day. We will now have brunch throughout the day and serve your favorites on the evening menu, and some additional new items, all with new lower pricing.

In light of this change, Rock Creek Café will no longer operate as a dining location. Instead, many of the menu items you have come to enjoy at Rock Creek will be incorporated into a new Build Your Own Menu at Berg Bistro. This change allows us to preserve your favorite offerings while creating a more flexible and customizable dining experience.

Berg Bistro's central location also provides easier access and increased visibility, allowing us to better serve the campus community in a space that accommodates greater traffic and extended service.

We are excited about the future of Berg Bistro and believe these enhancements will create a stronger dining experience for everyone on campus. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to serving you this semester.
