Paws and Relax provides all of the Heidelberg community an opportunity to engage in relaxing and mindful activities during the stressful end-of-the-semester push. Join the Stoner Health and Counseling staff as well as the Its On Us group on Thursday December 7th, 2023 from 10am-12pm in the Heidelbean. Build a Bear, grab relaxing resources, or engage in other mindful activities. With limited resources available, it's first come, first served.
