Diversity sessions sought for MLK Day conference

Heidelberg will be partnering with Tiffin University to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day in January. TU will host a community-wide conference on diversity and invites Heidelberg faculty and staff to submit proposals related to that topic, social justice and inclusion to present at the conference.

The conference will be held the morning of Monday, Jan. 15. Sessions will last 45 minutes. Your presentation could take many forms: activity-based, including a panel, a traditional lecture or anything in between. Presenters would be invited to TU's lunch banquet that day.

You can find more information on potential topics and the form to submit a proposal here.

It would be wonderful to see Heidelberg represented at the conference. Contact Michele Castleman at mcastlem@heidelberg.edu if you have questions.

Also, be on the lookout for an upcoming email that will include a complete list of the day's events.
