Donors show big love on Day of Giving

For the second year in a row, Student Princes all across the country came together to show their love on the annual Day of Giving last Friday.

This year’s Day of Giving was a huge success! More than 200 donors helped raise nearly $60,000 – more than double last year’s total – in support of The Heidelberg Fund and the Student Emergency Support Fund.

“We are so grateful to everyone for their generosity, and we want you to know that your gifts are transforming our students’ lives and strengthening their Heidelberg experience every day,” said Kelly Lavelle, director of The Heidelberg Fund.

Here’s a breakdown of Day of Giving results:

  • Total donors (as of 2/17/20) – 214
  • Total dollars raised -- $59,498
  • Gift distribution – gifts from more than 60% of states

If you missed Day of Giving, there’s still time to make your gift to The Heidelberg Fund or the Student Emergency Support Fund.
