Speech team places 3rd at OFA State Varsity Championship

Heidelberg's Speech Team earned a third-place team ranking in the President's Division at the Ohio Forensics Association State Championship Tournament this past weekend. 

Akron University hosted teams from around the state for this annual competition of individual events speakers and debaters. Heidelberg continued its strong tradition of competition this semester with an entirely novice team of first-year students, Tonja Bradly, Carson Elchert and Rena Burris. The team is already looking forward to next season with the addition of future speakers.
