Katie Bauman wins huge forensics honor

Huge congratulations to senior Katie Bauman, who was selected as one of 10 National All Americans at this March's Pi Kappa Delta National Speech Tournament.

A total of 520 students from 79 colleges and universities competed during this four-day competition held entirely online.

According to Director of Forensics Dan Higgins, Katie's honor was reflective of her leadership to the campus community, the forensics program, her superior academic work and her cummulative success in her forensics career.

"We could not be more proud of Katie's accomplishments and the incredible way she has represented Heidelberg," Dan says.

Katie plans to continue using her speaking and advocacy skills when she enters law school this coming fall.
