Finding community through adversity

Spring break travelers Kaylea Bowers, Quinn Kantner, Justine Liddle, Kiera Malone and Emily Nolting were the recipients of random acts kindness on their way home from Florida.

Random acts of kindness can go a long way in helping someone find their way home. Five Heidelberg students -- Kaylea Bowers, Quinn Kantner, Justine Liddle, Kiera Malone and Emily Nolting -- discovered generosity and kindness in the world on their chaotic trip back from spring break in the unlikeliest place. Their return trip was anything but uneventful, but it turned out to be memorable, thanks to the kindness of residents in one Georga town. Read more about their bad experience turned good here.
