Entrepreneur to give Minds@Work keynote

Find a Way to Win: Everything You Wanted to Know about Launching a Startup but Were Afraid to Ask is the topic of the keynote address for the Minds@Work Student Research Conference at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 5, in Gundlach Theatre.

Presenters and their faculty sponsors will hear from entrepreneur John Egazarian, who most recently served as COO at CÜR Media Inc., a startup business in the streaming music market. Egazarian was responsible for all aspects of the company’s internal operations and directed the build and launch of the CÜR Media application for both mobile and web users.

Egazarian has more than 20 years of experience leading the delivery of innovative software initiatives in complex, competitive environments. Prior to joining CÜR Media, he led eBusiness programs at Fallon Community Health, Travelers Insurance and WellPoint. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, he started his career as a consultant at Arthur Anderson.
