PURSUITS: Week of April 2, 2018

Nathan Cutietta (Media Communication Center) and Dr. Julie O'Reilly (School of Communication, Humanities, Social Sciences, & the Arts) presented at the national Popular Culture Association conference in Indianapolis on March 30. Nathan presented How George Orwell's 1984 Might Have Looked with Video Games as a Surveillance Tool, and Julie co-presented (with Dr. Nainsi Houston, former Beeghly Library director) Bossypants? Yes, Please!: Tina Fey and Amy Poehler as Comedy Bosses and Mentors.

Mark Zeno and Dennis LoConti (Student Life) have been elected to leadership positions on the Ohio College Personnel Association's Executive Board. Mark will serve as the annual conference chair and Dennis will serve as the webmaster/technology chair.
