The New Inside

Through simplified navigation, a cleaner look, and functional features, the new Inside will better serve the needs of the campus community.

All content, documents, and webforms from the old Inside were transferred over, though they might look a little different. We will continue to work with departments and offices to improve the site content and clean up redundancies.

Highlights of the new Inside

Document Library

All documents (forms, policies, etc) will now live in our document library. You can search the library for the document you’re looking for, or you can also find forms listed within the department and offices pages.

Faculty & Staff Directory

Directory information now pulls directly from employee records in Banner. If you want your name displayed differently than your full name (Matt instead of Matthew, Cassie instead of Cassandra, etc), you need to complete the Institutionally Recognized Name form.

If your directory entry is missing your photo, we were either unable to format it for the new system or we don’t have one of you in our files. Please reach out to the Marketing Office to set up an appointment to have your photo taken.

Calendar

It’s finally here. The one-and-only-everyone-comes-here-to-find-events calendar. Everyone has been asking for a comprehensive calendar and this is now the place for everything happening on campus to show. But, it only works if everyone (students, faculty, and staff) adds their events to the calendar.

Please bear with us as we all make this transition together. We are excited about the possibilities this new intranet offers, but realize this is just phase one of implementation with new features and upgrades already being pursued. We will be offering two open forums to provide a basic overview of the website and answer any and all questions.
