Student, prof present at Academy of Science annual meeting

Heidelberg junior Kaiden Murphy presented her research conducted with Dr. Doug Kane (Department of Biology and Environmental Sciences and National Center for Water Quality Research) at the recent Academy of Science annual Meeting. Kaiden presented a poster titled Fine-scale Differences in Water Quality as Assessed by Aquatic Macroinvertebrate Communities in Rock Creek, Tiffin, OH USA.

Additionally, Doug presented a talk titled Land Use Effects on Chloride IN Ohio Rivers, with a Focus on Lake Erie Tributaries with co-authors Dr. Nate Manning and Dr. Laura Johnson from the NCWQR.
