Dance Team teaches their craft

A week prior to the clinic, the Dance Team received a gold trophy for their performance at the Showstopper Dance Competition in Cincinnati, along with an overall first-place trophy for their age and level category. On April 23, the Heidelberg Dance Team conducted a Kids Dance Clinic with 17 area children ages 6-12. The participants learned a new dance and had the opportunity to perform it on Gundlach Theatre stage alongside the members of the Dance Team.

The Dance Team also performed some of their dances for the audience.

This year's Dance Team members included Alex Sprague, Madison Skinner, Konner Shaughnessy, Rachael Rosh, Vickey Young, Nikki Goad, Laura Bayda and Laura Karam. Melissa Nye is their advisor.
