Flood damage minimal

View from Saurwein Health & Wellness Center

The local flooding in mid-July thankfully did not cause any major damage to Mayer Field or to the baseball or soccer fields in Peaceful and Hidden valleys. According to Rod Morrison, only clean-up was required at the football field. Rod added that some of the warning track material at Peaceful Valley had to be replaced and a few areas at Hidden Valley needed some repair because water laid on the ground long enough to damage the grass.
