'17 alum lands awesome TV sports anchor gig

Scott Carpenter in the MCC TV studio

May graduate Scott Carpenter stopped by campus yesterday to pay a visit to his mentor, Nathan Cutietta. The last week or so has been such a whirlwind that Scott forgot what day it was for a split second. Two days prior, he accepted the position of TV sports anchor at WLTZ in Columbus, Georgia, where he'll be seen Monday-Saturday nights on the NBC affiliate. Great news for Scott who will be doing what he loves: talking sports. Read more about how Scott landed his first big job less than three months after graduation and how Heidelberg helped him get there.
