Getting in on the welcoming act

As he has done every year, President Rob Huntington put his muscles to work on Friday during New Student Move-In Day. He joined the softball team and a mighty crew of many volunteers who helped freshmen get settled in their home away from home. On Saturday, Rob joined his friend, Dr. Lillian Schumacher, president of Tiffin University, in welcoming hundreds of new students to Tiffin at the annual Around the Town event held in downtown Tiffin. Students from both institutions made the short walk from the respective campuses to learn about many of the businesses and services Tiffin has to offer.
