Faculty Pursuits: Week of Aug. 21, 2023

Dr. Justin Pruneski (Biology) recently attended the BIOME Institute summer workshop put on by BioQUEST Curriculum Consortium. It was held virtually from July 10-14, and in-person at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H., from July 24-27. The theme of the workshop was Igniting IDEAS: Inclusive, Diverse, Equitable, and Accessible Communities Leading Change in STEM Classrooms. Justin gave a Work-in-Progress presentation titled: Survive and Conquer: A Case Study Dissecting the MEGA-plate Experiment, based on an ongoing curriculum development project.

End-of-year inventory has been completed early.

You will start to see an increase in activity on campus in the upcoming days and weeks.

The bookstore will be closed for sales following Alumni Weekend through the 4th of July weekend as we conduct end-of-year inventory.
