DiRuzza gets CoSIDA All-American honors -- again

Joe DiRuzza speaks on behalf of his daughter, Karlie.

Congratulations to volleyball standout Karlie DiRuzza, ’17, who was honored as a CoSIDA Academic All-American on Saturday, Oct. 14, at the Adams Academic All-American Plaza in front of Hoernemann Stadium. Karlie is the first female student-athlete at Heidelberg to be twice honored as a CoSIDA Academic All-American and the 23rd overall. Although she was unable to attend the ceremony because of a flight delay, her father, Joe, represented her. After stopping in to watch the volleyball team in their match at Otterbein, Karlie did make it to campus in time to be recognized during the football game that evening.
