Speech Team victorious at Ohio Forensics Association's Fall Tournament

Juniors Kelsey Stanfield and Julia Schaefer spoke their way to success at the Ohio Forensics Association's "Heart of it All" Fall tournament held at Muskingum University on November 5. Kelsey was the tournament champion in Persuasive Speaking and won third place in After Dinner Speaking. Julia won third place in Dramatic Interpretation and sixth place in Broadcasting. As a team, Heidelberg came in fifth place against multiple schools from Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

OFA Vice President and 'Berg Director of Forensics Dan Higgins shared that "this team continues to improve with every tournament. Even though we were down a few students, our varsity competitors brought their best and it showed."
