Humans of Heidelberg: Stephen Svoboda

Assistant Professor of Theatre Stephen Svoboda

Stephen Svoboda's philosophy about students participating in theatre is a reflection of who he is as a human being. "The arts are not an elite space. They should be accessible to all people. If you are interested in theatre, show up, we will help you find your place," he says. His enthusiasm for the work being produced by a dedicated group of talented students continues to grow. The response to greater quality in theatrical productions and large audiences, sometimes even sell-outs, has been rewarding. Read more about Stephen in this week's installment of Humans of Heidelberg.
