Entrepreneurship student group fills need with clothing, food drive

During the holidays, inequalities seem to be magnified, especially among children. One Heidelberg student organization, Enact-Gift, has stepped in to fill some of the need for local children and families.

Enact-Gift, a sub-group of the larger student entrepreneurship group Enactus, came together just before Thanksgiving to host a winter clothing and food drive on campus.

The project was coordinated by senior business administration major Olivia Dulay and junior business administration and political science double major Alayna Hahn.

The students in Enact-Gift put their organizational skills to work to coordinate and promote the clothing and food drive. Together, they arranged for the collection, sorted the items, managed the logistics and most importantly, helped those in need.
