New Slate service request form

As the Admission Operations Team expands the functionality of our Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on campus and beyond prospective students, we have launched a new Slate Service Request Form. Through this form, members of the Heidelberg community may quickly submit a number of Slate requests.

Service requests may include:

  • adding new Slate users
  • receiving reports on new student data
  • Slate training sessions
  • creation of applications and other Slate forms
  • mass email communication
  • student recruitment events
  • any other Slate request you may have

This new process will allow us to maintain ongoing requests more efficiently, document frequent requests as we implement new features, and provide support to Slate users as needed on a consistent and timely basis. You may access the Slate Service Request form through Inside Heidelberg, under the Work Requests dropdown menu, or by clicking here.

If you have any questions, reach out to Brad Gibson at bgibson@heidelberg.edu or x2095.
