Welcome to new catering manager Erin Snook

Parkhurst Dining and Heidelberg welcomes Erin Snook, a Tiffin native, as the new catering manager.

Erin brings over 20 years of project and event management experience in both the Event and Real Estate sectors. A graduate of Tiffin University with a Bachelor of Science degree, she has deep roots in our community, having raised her family just a block from Heidelberg’s campus. Erin takes great pride in supporting both universities in Tiffin and understands their importance to the community.

Erin’s dedication to community improvement is evident in her 20+ years of volunteer service with organizations like the City of Tiffin, the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership. Notably, as the former president of the Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival—the fifth-largest festival in Ohio—Erin coordinated significant volunteer efforts and helped welcome over 40,000 visitors annually. Her expertise in event planning, customer relations, and social media promotion, coupled with her passion and organizational skills, make her an exceptional addition to the Parkhurst team.

Erin's office will be located at Rock Creek Cafe & Bakery. You can contact her at esnook@parkhurstdining.com or 419.448.2285.
