Commencement superhero: Success follows happiness

Graduates-to-be in the traditional parade down Greenfield Street.

The best way to find happiness is to be grateful, be optimistic and do for others and success will follow, according to commencement speaker John Buccigross, '88, who addressed the Class of 2017 with great advice, wit and humor. Brady Gibson, who received his MBA, and Bethany Beaver, who received her bachelor's degree, also were selected to give remarks to their classmates. During the 164th commencement, Heidelberg presented diplomas to 261 students – 47 graduate students and 214 undergrads -- on a glorious day in Hoernemann Stadium.
