Ordering business cards, name badges, stationery
If you are in need of new business cards, a new employee name badge or if your department needs to order stationery and envelopes, now is the time to place your order for this semester.
ORDERING BUSINESS CARDS
To make the cost as affordable as possible, Marketing & Communication Services intends to place a mass order at the beginning of each semester. The cost of cards is charged back to individual departments.
MCS intends to place the fall order on Monday, Sept. 18.
Place your order by completing this Work Request Form. On the form, you will be asked what quantity you want to order. Options are 100, 250, 500 or 1,000.
You will see one proof of your business card to ensure accuracy. At that time, you can make any necessary corrections and/or indicate your approval to print.
ORDERING NAME BADGES OR REPRINTS
If you are in need of a new Heidelberg employee name badge, use the same Work Request Form to place an order for a new badge or change your current badge. Cost is $1.50 each.
LETTERHEAD, ENVELOPES
Marketing & Communication Services also now handles the ordering of institutional stationery and envelopes. Contact Erica to place your order.
