Crossfit Club to host demo

On Sunday, Sept. 17, the Heidelberg Crossfit Club will be hosting the demo class at 10 a.m. at the Crossfit Tiffin gym. The address to the gym is 1800 CR 19, off of Sycamore Street. This event is open to the Heidelberg community.

Please plan to arrive by 9:50 a.m. for a chance to meet some Crossfit trainers and go through what a class is like while also seeing if Crossfit is something for you. Crossfit is defined as "a high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise" That is exactly what we will be doing so come prepared!
