Humans of Heidelberg: Kendall Newell, '18

Senior Kendall Newell knows a thing or two about stepping out of his comfort zone. He stepped so far outside of it that he landed in China for a month this summer. It's all part of his approach to try new things, meet new people and have new experiences. As he gets ready to graduate and look for his first teaching job, he's convinced that the opportunities at Heidelberg have challenged him to expand his view of the world.
